TO CREATE A USEABLE SPACE IN THE BACK AREA OF THE HOUSE.

The bonus of designing or redesigning the floorplan of a home is the creative ways you can provide flow. Changing the floorplan can solve problem areas that you currently have in your home.  

  TO CREATE A STYLISH MINOR BEDROOM USING FEATURE CARPENTRY.

 The use of timber panelling and colour on the walls gives this minor bedroom depth. The timber panelling is an effective way of creating a feature in a smaller room. 

TO CREATE A LIGHT, BRIGHT AND ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM.

The original bathroom was not watertight and needed to be waterproofed. The use of decorative floor tiling rather than vinyl flooring added instant depth and style. 

A wall-hung cabinet created an illusion of more space in a small room whilst not compromising on storage.

TO INCREASE AND CREATE A SEPARATE TOILET.

The original linings of the bathroom and laundry were asbestos and needed to be safely removed.

 The addition of a separate toilet solved access concerns. We pride ourselves on solving your problems whilst value-adding to your property. 

TO MAXIMISE STORAGE WHILST CREATING A SEAMLESS ADDITION TO A CHARACTER STYLED HOME.

This before photo highlights the original storage space in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the depth of the cupboards did not allow a normal sized coat hanger to be used. 

The addition of 3 large sliding doors and wall to ceiling cupboards provided much needed additional storage.
